The co-parenting app that makes working together easier
Co-parenting takes coordination: about the care schedule, about costs and about the agreements you make for the kids. Without one shared place, that quickly ends up in scattered messages, a shared spreadsheet and a calendar that is never quite in sync.
Harmoneaz brings it together. Everything you arrange for the kids is in one place, and it is the same for both parents.
Why a separate app for co-parenting?
A shared calendar tracks who has the kids when, but not everything around it: who pays for the sports club, what the parenting plan says and what needs to come along to the other home. Harmoneaz is built for exactly that practical side.
What is in the app?
See at a glance who has care
The calendar shows in color which parent the kids are with each day. Home shows what is happening today and which tasks are open.
- A regular schedule, with handover days clearly marked
- Temporary schedules for a swap or a holiday
- Events, one-off or recurring, per child if you like

Everything ready for the changeover day
The day notes and the packing list sit together per custody period. The parent receiving the kids knows what happened in the past days and what needs to come along.
- Day notes with photos or documents
- A packing list you check off, with room for one-off items

What you agreed, easy to find again
Put the practical agreements from your parenting plan in the app, per topic and per child if you like. You keep track of alimony there too; for the Netherlands the app can apply the yearly indexation.

Who paid for what, and what is still open?
Record expenses for the kids, receipt included, and split them by the ratio you agreed. The app shows per month what still needs settling. You transfer the money yourselves; the app does not move money.

Talk it through per topic
School, health, holidays: each topic has its own conversation. Sent messages cannot be edited or deleted, so it stays a reliable record for both of you. A tone tip on your own device warns you when a message might come across as harsh.

And more
- Tasks
- Renewing a passport, booking the dentist: put it in the app as a task, assign it to one of you and set a reminder.
- School holidays
- For groups in the Netherlands you put the official school holidays per region in the calendar in one go.
- Your own calendar app
- Follow the group’s calendar in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Children and others
- Children can follow the schedule, the calendar and the packing list for free. You add a new partner or a grandparent with a view or edit role.
- Notifications
- Choose per type what you want to receive, such as a new day note or a new message in Discussions.
Who is Harmoneaz for?
