What does Harmoneaz cost? Everything about subscriptions, free trials, and how it works for co-parents

Since launching Harmoneaz, we regularly get the same questions: what does it actually cost? Do we both have to pay? And what can we try for free? In this article, we’ll walk you through it step by step.

First: try it for free

We understand that you want to know whether Harmoneaz fits your situation before committing to a subscription. That’s why we offer a free trial period:

  • With a monthly subscription, you get 1 week free to try the app
  • With a yearly subscription, you get 2 weeks free to explore everything at your own pace

During the trial period, you have access to all features in the app. No hidden costs, no obligations. You can cancel at any time.

What does a subscription cost?

Harmoneaz offers two subscription options:

  • Monthly subscription: € 3.99 per month
  • Yearly subscription: € 34.99 per year

With the yearly subscription, you effectively pay less than € 3.- per month — a saving of almost € 13.- compared to the monthly plan.

Do we both need a subscription?

No — and that’s a deliberate choice.

After a separation, you want to be financially independent from each other as parents. No shared accounts, no joint costs. We understand that better than anyone, because we are co-parents ourselves.

That’s why Harmoneaz works like this:

Parent 1 — the parent who creates the group — needs a subscription. They set up the shared environment and invite the other parent.

Parent 2 — the parent who is invited — can join the group without a subscription. Without a subscription, parent 2 can:

  • View all information, such as the calendar, parental agreements, and daily notes
  • Check off the packing list
  • Tick off tasks

Does parent 2 also want to create, fill in, or manage things themselves? They can take out their own subscription at any time — in their own name, their own decision, their own costs.

Why this choice?

We made this decision deliberately. After a separation, you want to be as independent as possible as parents — financially too. It doesn’t feel right to have to ask your ex to contribute to an app, or to share a subscription together.

With Harmoneaz, everyone decides for themselves. Parent 1 can start the group and invite parent 2 without them having to pay straight away. That way, the barrier to getting started is as low as possible — for both parents.
